Yes. Rocket City Courier can pick up eligible items from your home or business and return them to a local store on your behalf. The item must be ready for return with the required receipt, return authorization, label, or other documentation provided by the retailer. Additional charges may apply when a return requires extended wait time. 

No. Rocket City Courier does not transport medical supplies, laboratory specimens, medications, biological material, or other medical-related items. We also do not provide courier services for medical facilities or other healthcare-related deliveries involving Medicare or Medicaid-funded services.
